How To Craft Our Angels Watching Over You Gift Set
In this tutorial, I’m walking you through how to create our Layered “Angel’s Watching Over You” Gift Set — a meaningful, handmade project designed to bring comfort, hope, and a reminder of God’s presence during the Christmas season.
This project includes two layered angel ornaments paired with poem greeting cards and envelopes, making it perfect for gifting to loved ones, neighbors, teachers, church members, or anyone who could use a little encouragement.
Each angel is crafted with simple materials and layered techniques that allow you to truly make it your own — whether you prefer a soft, neutral look or a more detailed, decorative finish.
During this tutorial, you’ll learn:
- How to assemble and layer the angel ornaments
- Two different ways to create the angel dresses (fabric + yarn)
- Tips for adding meaningful details that elevate the finished piece
- How to turn this project into a beautiful, ready-to-gift set
This project was originally created for our Member Bonus Craft Night, and it quickly became a favorite. I love how these angels serve not just as décor, but as a heartfelt reminder that God is near and watching over us.
