Vintage Wooden Spools Upcycled into Christmas Ornaments Today’s Live Tutorial
In today’s live tutorial, I’m showing you how to upcycle vintage wooden spools into meaningful Christmas ornaments using two different creative approaches.
First, we’ll create a simple, natural-style ornament using Scripture rub-on transfers — perfect if you love a neutral, farmhouse, or vintage Christmas look.
Then, I’ll walk you through a more detailed, festive version, layering in thread, bells, and mini trees to create a cozy, old-world ornament that feels extra special for gifting or decorating.
This project is beginner-friendly, budget-conscious, and a beautiful way to turn ordinary supplies into faith-filled keepsakes that celebrate the season.
Whether you’re crafting for your tree, a gift, or just for the joy of creating, I hope this tutorial inspires you to slow down and make something meaningful.
