2️⃣ Apply a thin coat of decoupage medium or craft glue to your surface and allow it to dry completely.
3️⃣ Place the napkin design on the dry surface and cover with parchment paper.
4️⃣ Gently iron over the design using a dry iron on medium heat.
5️⃣ Seal with another light coat of decoupage medium for durability.
