How to Make a Beautiful Standing Angel Craft | Christian Christmas Craft Tutorial + Supply List
When the world feels hurried and loud, few things quiet the heart like creating something that reminds us of the true Light — Jesus. ✨
This month’s Crafting & Christ Club project, Light of the World, captures that message beautifully through a pair of handmade angels. Each one is a reminder that even in the busiest season, His light still shines in and through us.
In this tutorial, I’ll walk you step-by-step through how to create your own Light of the World Angel, using the two styles from this month’s clubs —
🎨 the Découpage Kit Club version (featuring Scripture tissue and sheet music wings)
and
🕊️ the Transfer Kit Club version (with rub-on Scripture designs and delicate detailing).
Whether you’re crafting for your home, for gifting, or simply for a moment of peace in His presence, this project is a beautiful way to reflect on John 8:12 —
“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
So grab your kit, gather your supplies, and let’s create something that glows with the message of hope and joy this season brings. 💕
